    Bec, I’ve made this twice in both my whole30s and love it for when I don’t have time in the mornings. Never bought the arrowroot or herbamere – its fine without. Thanks again.

    This is yum! I didn’t have any arrowroot starch so I used quinoa flour instead. Great low calorie meal

    This is delicious – hot or cold. Easy breakfast or lunch. I love it. I have varied the vegies slightly to what I have had available – but the sweet potato is what makes it divine!!
