Banana Pancakes batter whipped up in seconds! The Thermomix makes light work of quick batters such as this one.
This light and fluffy pancake recipe is sweetened with fruit! If you are not planning on serving with a sweet sauce, you may like to add 1 tablespoon of honey to the ingredients.
My hot tip for you is to whip up a quick sauce in thermie while you’re frying the pancakes. I highly recommend my Simple Strawberry Sauce, and my Fast Blueberry Sauce!

Also I used a pair as no apples in the house
They were fine. Yes like you said. Not as fluffy. But I made quirky ones. I bet they would be better with your recipe with banana and apple :):) thank you !!
what would happen if I only used wholemeal spelt flour? That is all i have 🙂
Sorry for the delay! It will just turn out a bit more dense, not as light

These were perfect! Even my fussy husband liked them. Definitely will be a regular recipe in our house 🙂
