Banana Pancakes – So light and fluffy!

fruity-spelt-pancakes

Banana Pancakes batter whipped up in seconds! The Thermomix makes light work of quick batters such as this one.

This light and fluffy pancake recipe is sweetened with fruit!  If you are not planning on serving with a sweet sauce, you may like to add 1 tablespoon of honey to the ingredients.

My hot tip for you is to whip up a quick sauce in thermie while you’re frying the pancakes. I highly recommend my Simple Strawberry Sauce, and my Fast Blueberry Sauce!

Light and fluffy. Thanks Bec. These were a hit on pancake day with strawberries, vanilla syrup and coconut cream.

This time I added a small number dried cranberries with the flour and rest of the ingredients. Verdict = very tasty. It adds the little bit of sweetness and another fruit element. They were fine. Yes like you said. Not as fluffy. But I made quirky ones. I bet they would be better with your recipe with banana and apple :):) thank you !!
