    I’ve had the cookbooks for about a week, and I’ve already made two batches of lentil “sausage” rolls, pumpkin cheesy scrolls, gnocchi, and macaroni – only wish I’d had these books when I first became a vegetarian! So many recipes, great tasting, and easy to follow instructions. Thank you!
