Wow I love this cook book ! It is so much more than a salad cook book. With my daughter being vegetarian a couple of these recipes (ones we have tried so far) are full and nutritional meal for her.

AMAZING book! I have 6 of Bec’s books and I think this is my favourite….although that is a tough call as all her books are so good. Such a wonderful variety of salads, that can feed a crowd, or be eaten over a few days. Definitely a book to add to your collection.

Bec has done it again. As a family of non-vegetarians Bec makes it so easy to incorporate meat free meals into your weekly meal plan that will keep even the fussiest carnivore happy. Plus if they really can’t do without their meat there is options included in the recipe. The woman is a genius and you really can’t go wrong with any of her books

Probably my favourite of the Thermobexta books that I own. So many interesting recipes and not just the same old stuff you see in most cookbooks. The recipes are new, exciting, fresh and so far are very popular in my house! I was surprised at how quick it was to make some of the recipes that looked quite complicated, which is a huge bonus for our often time-poor family. These meals will definitely be on high rotation coming into summer 🙂
