    Hi Bek, Just letting you know that I am really enjoying the book. My fave recipe so far is the Sweet potato crusted Quiche. I have made it about half a dozen times now! Time to be adventurous and try a few of the other recipes!

    This is an amazing book! So far I’ve made the Quick Coconut Curry with chicken, The African Peanut Stew and last night The Pot Pies (they do not need meat, they are so tasty). Thanks Bec for another wonderful book!
