Speedy Satay Vegetables – Super Side

With each new book launch, I run a poll in the Thermobexta Facebook group asking which recipe you would most like to cook from the book first… Speedy Satay Vegetables received the most votes and is really such a good choice! In true Bexta style, this Thermomix satay recipe is very simple to make and will have you licking your plates!

Tasty AND versatile Thermomix Speedy Satay!

This simple, yet oh so flavoursome side dish really is a taste sensation – you will be surprised about how quickly you can make such a very delicious dish. Loaded with vegetables, you can serve with rice perhaps with some pan-fried tofu, or if you’re a meat eater, you can reduce the veggies a little and add some chicken in to the mix for a tasty all-in-one meal!

There really is something for everyone in this new collection of recipes. From quick all-in-one veggie packed sides, to baked dishes, flatbreads, flavoured rices and so much more.
