    I made the pizza base with tomato paste, baby spinach, red onion, spicy chicken and mushroom. It was SENSATIONAL. I will try with the capsicum sauce and cashew cheese one time soon 🙂

    This was just delishness Bec!!

    I did the sauce and the cheese the day before just to save time when i got home from work

    And so we could Taste test the cheese we had it on our afternoon platter with crackers and carrot sticks
    Was soooo good

    Yummo! Made this today with a few modifications due to my restricted diet at the moment! Had mexican spiced chicken as a topping, along with your tomato ketchup as the sauce. So good to have something pizza-ish! Looking forward to being able to test out the cashew cheese too! 🙂
