    Just made this for lunch today, I’m not usually a soup fan but this was delicious. Hardly any dishes to wash up either, what a great easy recipe. Thanks Bec!

    Yum! Used up all the extras in my fridge. I also added some leftover bacon slices which I had diced and dry fried.
