    I cant wait to make this!! Your recipes never let me down… Silly questions by I was wondering I have a heap of tomatoes to use up could I just use them instead for the tin ones as they are or will they be tough the skins?!?

    Made the chunky vegetable soup but used chicken stock. Included turnips in the mix. Chopped only 10 secs for a chunkier version. Absolutely delicious and hearty!

    I love this soup! I make it every weekend to use up all the leftover veg before we go to the markets to buy more. Its such a easy, versatile recipe and I’ve used risoni, macaroni pasta and angel hair spaghetti in it, depending on what’s in the pantry. Thanks Bec!

    So yummy! Go to work lunch for us in this house. Love the chunky texture of the veg and perfect to use up all the veg in the fridge.

    Just made this for the second time. Both times I’ve made it with buckwheat kernels instead of pasta and it was perfect!
