    Worth making for the dukkah alone and the salad alone. And all together it’s amazing!

    The fritters are delicious. I had them wrapped in lettuce leaves and as sides to meat. Thanks for teaching me to try different flavours.

    Made the carrot fritters today. Was a bit lazy so I put spoonfulls on an oven tray and sprinkled with dukkah then put them in the oven. YUM!

    Beautiful sweet yet savoury flavour, the dukkah makes the fritters! They held together nicely and the salad was fresh and flavoursome!

    Y-U-M!!! These have just the right amount of sweetness in the carrot and the Dukkah brings that savory/salty dimension. I did them in my Bellini and the recipe translated really well.
