These Thermomix Wedges are a really delicious side dish! So much so, I just had to include them in my cookbook, Summer Meal Mix Up.
Whip them up in thermie in mere minutes, then cook in the oven while you prepare a couple of salads or other bits and pieces to go with them to make a meal.
They also go great alongside burgers, grilled protein, or as part of a Mexican feast!
Or… simply serve them with sour cream and chilli sauce for a treat! Hey, some weeks need to end with wedges for dinner, don’t they? It can’t just be me…

These are the best wedges I’ve ever made!!! My three teenaged boys and partner devoured them with their steak. Thank goodness I reserved a few for myself … Thank you xxxxx
Really easy and a great way to make potato so much yummier! I added carrot, zucchini and sweet potato in too. Thanks bec. Awesome with sour cream .
These were delicious! But I did have to cook them for a little longer – around 45 minutes in a fan forced oven at 170 (had something else that needed a lower temp). Will definitely make these again, with no alterations!
Loved these tonight, great addition to our bbq dinner!
Absolutely delicious! I can’t believe how easy these wedges were to make and I love that you can coat the wedges in the thermomix bowl! So, so tasty.
It would be so easy to make up dry spice mix batches to give out as gifts too!
Thanks for another awesome recipe Bec! Can’t wait to buy your book!
So quick and easy with a big flavour punch. Thanks bec!
