This Thermomix blueberry sauce is something I make for my kids when they ask for pancakes, pikelets, crepes and even waffles.
Made from ingredients that I always have on hand and so quick whip up, it’s a lovely addition and adds a little fruit to their otherwise fairly plain plates.
Ready in just five minutes, using five ingredients (or only four if you don’t include the sugar!)

Wow!! This is too delicious. I usually make a sugar laden blueberry compote on the stove and I have to say this is far superior. I didn’t have any tapioca so I left it out, not sure what that does but I’m going to buy some and make it again coz if it gets better than it already tastes I can’t wait!
So glad you loved this so much! The tapioca thickens the sauce – just use the measurement specified or it can give an unpleasant texture
